Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Licensed as a Pharmacist with a current valid, full and unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the U.S.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid U.S. Green Card.
• Life support training; BCLS and ATLS
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other Health Care Providers.
• Must meet minimum standards for CME requirements.
• Two years working hospital or high volume retail experience within the last two years.
• Pass company and government background checks
•  Must be a US Citizen
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other employees, and to document records effectively.
• Possess a current and unrestricted license in a U.S. state, territory or US commonwealth.
